**Digital Accessibility for the WIN! Student Success and Retention Isn’t What You Thought It Was** Digital resources in classrooms that have become increasingly complex have presented inclusivity challenges for faculty striving to make class materials accessible. Along with digital accessibility, student success and retention are major concerns as well. In this session, one school describes the direct link between student success, satisfaction and access with increased digital accessibility adoption. As the campus acquired new practices using the Blackboard Ally tool, it began to witness an entire culture shift. Presenters will describe a variety of technological tools resulting in significant improvement in accessibility of educational content online. The panel will also outline a campus-wide faculty incentive and training program centered around digital learning best practices that shaped a culture of accessibility, supported with metrics.
