As was the case for many institutions who had similar experiences with student complaints and federal investigations, the University focused on ensuring all students had an accessible and inclusive learning experience, but it also made strategic decisions to create a culture of accessibility across the University. Leveraging data, providing just in time professional development and shifting left became the hallmarks of building this culture from student facing staff to the executive leaders in the C-Suite. We’ll share some of the lessons we have learned and how we continue to build on those early experience to bake accessibility into all aspects of the University.” # Missed an earlier session or want to watch again?
